Braxton Brewing Company – Union

Braxton Union is a family-friendly taproom from Braxton Brewing Company in Union, close to where brothers Evan and Jake Rouse first started the brewery. It is built around The Lawn, a community greenspace, and shares the site with Dewey’s Pizza and Graeter’s Ice Cream, so a beer can come with pizza or ice cream. The full bar carries 24 rotating beers along with wine and cocktails, with more taps at an outdoor bar. Children and dogs are welcome in both the taproom and the greenspace. The beer list has included Garage Beer, a light lager; Blueprint, an American light lager; Haven Hefeweizen; Hop Ridge Pale Ale; Tropic Flare, a New England IPA; and Opera Cream Stout, brewed with Opera Cream coffee and offered in caramel, raspberry and vanilla versions. A private space called The Overlook can be booked for events, and the taproom hosts weekly trivia and charity giveback nights.
