Tradewater Brewing Company

Tradewater Brewing Company is Madisonville’s first craft brewery, located in the Ruby Junction development on the former site of the Ruby Concrete Company. The taproom sits inside the old concrete plant’s loading dock. Plans began with a business plan in 2020, the pandemic delayed construction until fall 2022, and the first beers were brewed in April 2023. All of the beer is made in Madisonville in Hopkins County, and the brewery uses local grain, hops and even fruit when it can. Because the brewhouse is small, it brews smaller batches more often, so regulars can find a favorite alongside something new on each visit, and the brewers invite suggestions for what to make next, aiming to brew both what they love and what the community wants. A rotating lineup of food trucks visits the taproom. Tradewater also hosts private events and has a golf simulator.
