Paducah Beer Werks
About
Paducah Beer Werks is a downtown Paducah brewpub housed in the city’s historic Greyhound bus station. Owner Todd Blume opened it in March 2015, wanting to give Western Kentucky its own craft beer, and the brewery respects brewing tradition while looking ahead. Twenty taps pour medal-winning beers made on site in a traditional English ale style, from IPAs and lagers to stouts and saisons, along with small batches. Regulars have included a citrusy PBW Pale Ale; PBW IPA, piney and more heavily hopped; a full-bodied robust porter with coffee and dark chocolate notes; and The Dude, an easy-drinking pale. The flagship is an award-winning Irish red made with toasted malts and little hop bitterness. The pub and restaurant has a wide-ranging menu, a full bar and a patio, and its party room has a stage for local and touring bands and comedians.
